  • Full Service Payment: Upon deciding to proceed with full therapy services, payment is required in advance and is non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • Pre-recorded Sessions: Access to pre-recorded guided meditative sessions is non-refundable after purchase due to the digital nature of the content.
  • Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel after payment but before the service starts, the payment remains non-refundable. We encourage clients to consider their needs carefully before making a commitment.
  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session at least 48 hours in advance without additional charges. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur fees to cover resources and adjustments.

13. Shipping Policy

Since O’Well provides digital wellness services and products, our “shipping” is carried out through digital channels. Below are the details of how we deliver our services and products to you:

  1. Digital Services Delivery:

    • Video Conferencing: Our counselling, therapy, and other live sessions are delivered via digital video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and other similar tools. Once you schedule a session, you will receive an email with the link and instructions on how to join the session.
  2. Digital Products Delivery:

    • Email Transfer: Any pre-recorded guided meditative sessions or other digital content purchased from our website will be delivered to you via email. Upon completion of purchase, you will receive an email containing a secure link to download or access the digital content directly.

Please ensure that your email address and other contact information are correct at the time of booking to avoid any disruptions in receiving our services or products.
