Subsequently, each participant is provided with a tailor-made 20-minute meditation track designed to cater to their specific needs, meant for daily practice over a span of 21 days. Additionally, individuals receive a set of affirmations geared toward their goals, which can be recited or written daily to reinforce commitment and enhance focus on these objectives.

This period of self-reflection is supplemented by three follow-up calls, ensuring continuous support and guidance throughout the process. This comprehensive approach not only concentrates on the end goals but also emphasizes the development of essential habits, attitudes, and mental frameworks necessary to align oneself effectively to achieve these aspirations.
